About the role

Amancho International Trading is looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor ensures that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards. This role plays a key part in supporting logistics, production, and overall company operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance support
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools for inventory tracking and reporting
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance

About you

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to supervise a team and work collaboratively across departments
