Warehouse & Operation Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Assistant to support our daily

warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory handling, order

fulfilment, stock management, and operational support to ensure the efficient distribution of the products.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery and collection.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper stock organization and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure products are handled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical tasks to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and moving cartons.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Interest in Trading Card Games (TCG) and video games will be an added advantage.
