Warehouse & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Presidio is looking for a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our IT services and procurement business in Singapore. This role coordinates daily warehouse workflow — planning and assigning tasks to Warehouse Assistants — while also handling value-added services (VAS) such as laptop staging, configuration, and equipment checks before dispatch to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Process shipments through courier, air, road, and international freight channels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts, stock checks, and variance investigations.
• Manage product returns and associated documentation.
• Perform value-added services (VAS), including device staging, configuration, asset tagging, and quality checks before customer delivery.
• Ensure accurate transactions and data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with workload planning and support operational priorities to meet customer commitments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or fulfilment operations.

• Experience with international freight and shipping processes.

• Experience in IT asset handling, laptop/device staging, or technical configuration activities will be preferred.

• Basic IT troubleshooting or hardware setup knowledge.

• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse processes, and order fulfilment.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory platforms.

• Comfortable working with shipping documentation and logistics providers.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Able to perform physical tasks and capable of performing warehouse-related activities.
