We're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Stores Supervisor to join a growing telecoms infrastructure business.

This is a hands-on, varied position for someone with experience in warehouse operations, stores, stock control, logistics or depot management who is ready to take greater ownership and responsibility.

You'll oversee the day-to-day management of stock, equipment and depot activities, while working closely with operational teams and contractors across multiple regional locations.

The role

You'll be responsible for keeping stock, equipment and logistics operations running efficiently, including:

• Managing inventory levels and ensuring materials are available when required
• Coordinating deliveries and checking incoming equipment and materials
• Preparing and issuing stock to internal teams and contractors
• Carrying out stocktakes, audits and asset checks
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate inventory and asset records
• Supporting teams with stock control and depot procedures
• Conducting stock and equipment checks at subcontractor locations
• Maintaining organised, safe and compliant depot environments
• Working with operational teams to resolve shortages and logistical issues
• Operating forklifts or other relevant plant equipment where required
• Travelling between regional sites during the working week
• Managing your workload with a high degree of autonomy

This is a practical role where you'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operational issues.

What we're looking for

You don't need previous telecoms experience. We're interested in people who have developed strong practical experience in stock, warehouse, stores or logistics environments.

Your experience may include:

• Warehouse or stores supervision
• Stock or inventory control
• Logistics and distribution
• Depot or materials management
• Asset management
• A comparable operational environment

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment
• Forklift or relevant plant experience
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel between sites and occasionally stay away from home
