Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse & Technician Assistant to support daily warehouse activities as well as basic technical and manifold integration work. The role will involve handling materials, updating GRN in Compuware, preparing simple reports, and assisting technicians with manifold assembly and integration works.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory

• Receive, check and store incoming materials.
• Prepare materials for delivery, collection and project requirements.
• Pick and issue materials according to PO, BOM or project requirements.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.
• Ensure all materials are properly labelled, stored and recorded.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse.
• Assist with packing and preparation of goods for shipment.

GRN & System Administration

• Key in Goods Received Notes (GRN) into Compuware software.
• Update inventory and material records in the system.
• Assist in checking delivery documents against received materials.
• Prepare simple inventory and warehouse reports.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents.

Technical & Manifold Integration

• Assist technicians with manifold integration and assembly works.
• Assist in assembling manifolds, tubing, fittings, valves and related components.
• Prepare and arrange required components for integration work.
• Follow drawings, BOMs and work instructions.
• Assist with basic inspection, testing and checking of completed assemblies.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of components.
• Keep the technical/work area clean and organized.

Other Duties

• Support daily operations and project-related activities when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to use Compuware software for GRN entry and simple reporting.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Willing to learn technical and manifold integration work.
• Able to follow work instructions and basic drawings is an advantage.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and warehouse environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage.
• Experience in manifold assembly, tubing or fittings is an advantage.
