About the role

This role focuses on process improvement, project management, data analytics, and cross-functional coordination within warehouse and logistics operations. You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, manage improvement projects, create performance dashboards, and coordinate across departments to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse and logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, delivery) to identify bottlenecks and apply Lean/Kaizen/Time Study tools to reduce waste
• Plan, monitor, and manage process improvement projects to achieve defined SLAs and budgets
• Collect and manage data using Power Query and SQL, and develop Power BI dashboards to track performance and support decision-making
• Coordinate with relevant departments (production, warehouse, logistics, QA, planning) to drive projects to successful completion

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng.)
• Understanding of warehouse systems and logistics/delivery operations
• Skills in Lean, Kaizen, Motion Study, and process problem analysis
• Expertise in database management and dashboard creation (Power BI, Power Query, SQL)
• Project management skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, analytical and logical thinking, and data-driven problem-solving approach
