Warehouse & WMS Coordinator / Pluakdaeng Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Investigate and validate data discrepancies within the WMS to maintain inventory accuracy and operational reliability.
• Understand end-to-end warehouse processes and assess the impact of system-related issues on warehouse performance.
• Act as the key coordinator between warehouse operations, customers, and overseas technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and requirement alignment.
• Communicate operational issues, system requirements, and solutions clearly through reports, meetings, and regular updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to improve warehouse efficiency and service quality.
• Assist users in troubleshooting WMS-related issues and follow up until resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administrationor related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics operations, or WMS coordination, with a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with overseas technical teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to identify, analyze, and validate data inconsistencies; programming skills are not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Experience in Automotive, Contract Logistics, 3PL, or Supply Chain operations will be an advantage.
• Experience as a WMS Key User, Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or Logistics Coordinator is preferred.

Working Days & Time : 5 Days work (8.00-17.30)
