Behind the scenes, our warehouse is the heart of our operations — and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant with a current forklift licence to join our fast-paced, friendly team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll support both our warehouse and retail operations. You'll play an important role in the flow of stock and the dispatch of customer orders, while ensuring a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and organise stock
• Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Receive and check off incoming stock deliveries
• Replenish stock to retail and storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and dispatch zones
• Support retail staff with order-related queries and stock movement
• Follow all WH&S procedures and site safety policies
• Assist with seasonal store setups and movement of bulky items when required

Requirements:

• A current and valid forklift licence (LF) — essential
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-focused environment
• Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Able to take direction and work independently when required
• Willingness to pitch in across teams when needed
