Warehouse Assistant

Responsible for supporting all warehouses activities including 3rd party warehouse, including receiving, issuing, picking of raw / component / packaging materials for production and packaging for outbound shipment. Other includes the maintenance of all warehouse equipments, inventory accuracy and good housekeeping in the warehouse. Seniors are required to lead a section, in terms of work scheduling, development of manpower and provide on the job training

Keep deliverables:

• Receive, clean and unpack all received materials into the warehouse and put away into respective storage locations by item code / quantity verification.
• Issue and generate QA controlled labels and labelling onto incoming materialsPick and issue raw / component / packaging materials for Production
• Co-ordinate with 3 PL and performing EDI transactions accordingly to update live inventory.
• Perform cycle count on raw / component / packaging materialsAssist in packaging for outbound shipment.Perform all daily maintenance first parade task check for all equipment prior use.Ensure warehouse area is kept appropriately clean and tidy.Co-ordinate with Production on materials return to warehouse
• To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities and to immediately report all observations of GMP non-conformances
• To take ownership in gaining knowledge and demonstrating the expected Safety attitude, Health & Environmental protection and behaviour at the workplace

Other requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level/ITE
• Must possess Forklift License
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
