Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory.
• Receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and accurately recording received goods.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing according to order specifications.
• Organize and store goods in designated locations in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report discrepancies and damaged items to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent
• Ability to drive forklift is an advantage
