Warehouse Assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course.
• Relevant warehouse training is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the Food Industry.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory monitoring, and documentation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, if required.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

Job Description:

• Receive and gather Delivery Receipts (DR), Stock Issue Slips (SI), and Requisition Slips (RS).
• Monitor and update raw material inventory records using Excel.
• Prepare and send purchase requisition and raw material inventory reports to the Purchasing Department and PPIC Manager.
• Prepare and maintain receiving reports and distribute copies to concerned departments.
• Update the system with received materials based on supplier DR/SI.
• Process production requisition slips and transfer orders in the system.
• Check and monitor Finished Goods (FG) reports with production personnel.
• Sort, verify, and release FG reports for proper system posting.
• Post Finished Goods reports in the system for Breadline, Sauceline, Stephan, and Peri-Peri production.
• Conduct month-end inventory of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Conduct end-of-production inventory of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure proper documentation of inventory movements.
