Warehouse Assistant 仓库助理

Job Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责与责任

1. Assist with receiving, checking, storing, and retrieving warehouse stock. (协助接收、检查、存放及提取仓库库存。)
2. Pack and prepare daily orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery. (负责日常订单的包装，并确保货物按时出货及配送。)
3. Organize and maintain safe storage of goods in the warehouse. (整理并维持仓库货物的安全存放。)
4. Monitor inventory levels and support stock checks and annual stock take. (监控库存水平，并协助进行库存检查及年度盘点。)
5. Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support company operations and objectives. (完成公司安排的其他临时性工作，以支持公司运营及目标。)

Requirements 任职要求:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 拥有物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭资格。
• Minimum of 1 year or above of working experiences in warehouse of manufacturing company would be preferred. 具备至少1年以上仓库或制造业相关工作经验者优先考虑。
• Preferable Chinese-speaking candidates as the role require candidates to deal with Chinese speaking stakeholders. 需具备中文/华语沟通能力，以便与中文客户或相关人士沟通**.**。
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 具备基本电脑操作知识，并熟悉 Microsoft Excel、Word 及 PowerPoint。
• Good organizational and time management skills. 具备良好的组织能力及时间管理能力。
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 能够独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神。
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn. 工作认真负责、勤奋，并愿意学习。
