Warehouse Assistant

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Ensuring goods are properly stored and organized in designated warehouse locations
• Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts
• Supporting the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Following and complying with warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Reporting any warehouse-related issues, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Assisting in loading and unloading goods when required
• Supporting warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Agree to work at least 1 Saturday Overtime for monthly stock count
• Assisting in preparing reports and documentation related to warehouse activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, store, or logistics environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is an added advantage
