Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support warehouse operations and help ensure the proper handling, monitoring, and movement of materials and products within our manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the receiving, checking, storing, and releasing of materials and finished products
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and organize warehouse documents and reports
• Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of materials and products
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments regarding warehouse requirements
• Help maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse
• Monitor the movement of stocks and report discrepancies or damaged items
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned

About you

• College graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with inventory systems or SAP is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
