ASTAR Management Services is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company operating a modern production plant with various equipment and machinery.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 2,100 / month
• Meal Allowance: RM5/day
• Transportation Allowance: RM150/month
• Attendance Bonus: RM200/month (subject to terms & conditions)
• Night Shift Allowance: RM10/day

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with shipment coordination to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the system or related documentation
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments to ensure timely distribution of materials and products
• Support monthly and yearly stock take activities to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documents such as delivery orders, goods receiving records, and stock reports
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area according to 5S practices
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse procedures
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, disciplined, and physically fit
• Willing to work shifts when required
