Warehouse Assistant

WAREHOUSE STAFF

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff who is dependable, organized, and mature enough to work with people from different departments.

Warehouse work in manufacturing moves with production requirements, inventory, deliveries, and trucking schedules. We need someone who can stay organized while remaining flexible when priorities change.

What You Will Do

• Receive, check, store, and release materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and stage products according to delivery and trucking schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and finished products.
• Check quantities and supporting documents for incoming and outgoing items.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of stocks.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse.
• Respond to changes in delivery schedules, rush requirements, and other operational needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to details.
• Able to deal maturely and professionally with different personalities and departments.
• Able to work with deadlines and trucking schedules.
• Flexible when there are rush deliveries or changes in operational requirements.
• Able to work independently while coordinating well with a team.
• Interested in stable, long-term employment.
• Preferably residing in Cavite or nearby areas.

Work Details

• Location: Brgy. Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
• Schedule: 6-day workweek
• Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
• Work Setting: Onsite / Manufacturing Plant
