Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Inspection:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming local and international shipments for physical damages and quantity accuracy.
  • Cross-reference physical stock with Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Purchase Orders to process Goods Received Notes (GRN).

• Inventory & Quality Control:

  • Enforce strict lot, batch, and serial number tracking for all medical equipment across ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain physical versus system stock accuracy.
  • Monitor cold-chain storage and environmental conditions (temperature/humidity controls) for sensitive medical supplies.
  • Track product shelf life and expiration dates (e.g., test reagents, CGMS sensors).

• Order Pick, Pack & Distribution:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label outbound stock for B2C e-commerce orders, B2B wholesale, GP clinics, and hospitals.
  • Prepare and dispatch replenishment stock for BUZUD retail showrooms and consignment outlets (e.g., Guardian locations, local pharmacies).
  • Coordinate with internal drivers, 3PL couriers, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.

• Housekeeping & Compliance:

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse storage conditions following 5S principles and safety standards.
  • Report cargo damage, temperature excursions, or inventory discrepancies to the Logistics Manager and Quality team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience:

  • N/O Levels, NITEC, or Higher NITEC / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
  • Prior experience handling medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceuticals (familiarity with HSA & GDPMDS standards) is a plus.
