Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join the ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD in the West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, contributing to the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
• Ensure compliance for sensitive materials and high valued materials
• Coordinate closely with production, and quality control teams

About you

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to handle heavy loads/ items up to 30kg
• Strong team player who is able to work independently
• Good organizational and communication skills, with a positive, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
• Able to multitask effectively and perform well in fast-paced environment
• Forklift license and/or experience operating a reach truck will be an added advantage
• Able to commit overtime as and when required
