Warehouse Assistant

• Maintain and secure the finance documents (boxes of files) at One Logistics Center warehouse.
• Lifting and storing folders/boxes to designated location.
• Maintain and secure the finance documents at 13th floor library (central storage, compactors, and cabinets).
• Performs related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
• Willing to do field work

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's Degree holder  in Business Administration, Management or equivalent;
• With at least 2 years sales documentation and administration experience preferably in the real estate industry;
• Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
• Can interact, relate and coordinate effectively; Computer proficient
