Assistant - Warehouse (Staff Grade)

Job responsibilities

• Manage teams provide leadership and supervise daily activities of the warehouse and ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency. (Overall responsibility)
• Maintain accurate stock records and stock levels.
• Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials and supplies.
• Conduct periodic stock verifications and reports preparation to the management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plant, sourcing team, and other divisions to ensure timely material availability.
• Handle outsourced warehouse, subcontracting, processing and returns and ensure the timely materials transfers and accuracy.
• Handle waste disposal and coordinate with BOI/CUSTOMS

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management (ISMM) or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work with SAP/ERP system and competency in MS office package .
• Organizational and communication skills.
