Warehouse Assistant

Working Hours: 6 working days (Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm)

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
  负责接收、检查及整理入库货物，确保库存记录准确。
• Scan product barcodes and verify quantities and product details. Report any discrepancies to the manager promptly.
  扫描产品条码，核对数量及产品资料，如发现差异及时向经理汇报。
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company quality standards and safety procedures.
  确保仓库各项作业符合公司质量标准及安全操作规程。
• Prepare and process inventory for delivery or shipment according to requirements.
  根据配送或出货要求，处理并准备相关库存。
• Sort, organize, and store inventory systematically in designated locations.
  按照规定对库存进行分类、整理，并有序存放于指定位置。
• Pack products securely and ensure all items are properly labelled before shipment.
  妥善包装产品，并确保出货前所有物品正确贴标。
• Check and scan incoming deliveries to verify product quantity and condition.
  检查并扫描到货物品，核对数量及产品状况。
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor for further action.
  如发现货物损坏、遗失或数量不符，及时向主管汇报并跟进处理。
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and responsibly when required.
  根据工作需要，安全及规范地操作仓库设备，包括叉车。
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by keeping work areas and aisles free from debris and hazards.
  保持工作区域整洁、有序及安全，确保工作区及通道无杂物和安全隐患。
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
  根据经理或主管的安排，完成其他仓库相关工作。

Requirement

• Have at least a secondary school education.
• 至少具备中学教育。
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• 能够独立工作和团队合作。
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• 具备多任务处理和任务优先能力。
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• 极高的注意细节能力。
• Responsible, disciplined, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 具备责任心、自律性及良好的适应能力，能够在较少监督下独立完成工作。
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• 具备良好的出勤记录及守时习惯。
