Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support accurate monitoring, recording, and control of company inventories. The role ensures proper documentation, stock accuracy, and coordination with warehouse and purchasing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Encode and update stock movements (receiving, issuance, returns)
- Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting departments
- Prepare inventory reports as required
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of items
