As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Forrestfield.

This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things organised, and understands the importance of supporting workshop and production teams.

About the Role

As our Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, consumables and equipment are received, stored, controlled and issued accurately to support our operations. You will be part of a close-knit team and contribute to maintaining an efficient, safe and well-organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking and issuing materials to workshop and project teams
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Assisting with packing and dispatch of orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assisting with stocktakes
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Preparing materials for fabrication and assembly teams
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse/yard environment over 2 adjoining sites
• Following all company safety procedures and requirements

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

✅ Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
✅ A current Forklift License
✅ A current Manual Driver's License
✅ Good organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ A strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
