Warehouse Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

WAREHOUSE

● Provides assistance to the Warehouseman in releasing and receiving stocks in the warehouse.

● Responsible in the actual inventory of stocks in the warehouse.

● Creates report for damaged and/or returned items.

● Monitors the minimum stock level and submits a list of monthly requests of stock to the Warehouseman.

● Ensures the arrangement and proper stacking at the warehouse.

● Monitors and arranges the stocks per expiry date and provides a report to the Warehouseman.

● Assist the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering goods safely and efficiently.

● Ensures items are handled properly, delivered to the correct location, and helps maintain accurate delivery records.

● Provide basic customer service and follow safety procedures during all deliveries.

● In charge of the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

● Shall provide assistance in the daily operation as necessary, for both warehouse and branch office.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

· Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
