Warehouse Assistant

Purpose Of The Role The incumbent will be assisting the Leaders in the day to day operation task and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Return section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, GDPMD, clients’ and customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.

What You’ll Do

• Pick , check and confirm all pickslips timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service .
• Pack and dispatch all confirmed invoices timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service .
• Escalate any discrepancies discovered during picking or checking to superiors for advice to ensure discrepancies are resolved appropriately and timely .
• Work together as a team to ensure warehouse team’s KPIs are achieved consistently .
• Operate cold chain picking and packing activities in the cold room to ensure compliance to Cold Chain Management SOP & WI . ( Cold Chain Team on duty ) for quality control .
• Conduct monthly location audit to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collate all PODs to scan into ECMS for digital retention of Proofs Of Deliveries to ensure all PODs are retained for safe retrieval when needed .
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse including the cold room and freezers to ensure clean and safe working space .
• Execute other warehouse tasks as assigned by superiors when required to ensure efficient operation in the warehouse and achievement of team’s KPIs .

Must-Have What Will Make You Successful:

• Min SPM qualification
• 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operation

• Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of company operations and procedures
• Multitasking and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be available after normal business hours to get job done.
