About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the CENDRÉ warehouse, helping ensure customer and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and understands that the small details matter. From beautifully packing a customer's first CENDRÉ order to preparing larger wholesale shipments, you'll play an important part in making sure every order leaving our warehouse represents the standard of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare wholesale orders for dispatch
• Ensure every order is packed beautifully and in line with CENDRÉ standards
• Process shipping labels and prepare outgoing parcels
• Assist with high-volume dispatch periods, launches and promotional events
• Complete final checks to ensure products, quantities and customer details are correct
• Receive and unpack incoming stock deliveries
• Assist with counting, checking and putting away new stock
• Replenish picking locations throughout the day
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

About you

• Reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and understand that accuracy is just as important as speed
• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, retail or stock experience, although this isn't essential
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Great organisation and time-management skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality
• Confidence working independently as well as within a team
• The ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse role, including being on your feet throughout the day and safely lifting cartons
