Warehouse Assistant

About the role

This role oversees order processing and coordination, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. You will prepare and issue picklists to warehouse personnel for efficient order picking and dispatch operations, manage system updates and reconciliation to maintain accuracy and availability, and support stocktaking and cycle counting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order processing and coordination ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely fulfillment of customer requirements
• Prepare and issue picklists to warehouse personnel for efficient order picking and dispatch operations
• Perform system updates and reconciliation to maintain accuracy and availability
• Support stocktaking and cycle counting activities
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods properly
• Handle the inbound process including receiving, inspecting and recording incoming shipments to ensure proper storage and tracking
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse

Qualifications:

• College level education, Bachelor Graduate, or Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in the same field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal, written and basic English comprehension
• Available to work Monday to Saturday with shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned to 3PL - WHISTLERFOODS CORP (21 Col. Bonny Serrano Ave, Cubao, Quezon City Metro Manila)
