Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize and manage warehouse storage to optimize space and accessibility
• Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to project sites
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate warehouse operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse management training is a plus
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks safely
• Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
