Warehouse Assistant

About the role

As a Warehouse Assistant at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store materials in designated locations in accordance with FIFO/FEFO requirements and storage specifications.
• Issue raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables based on order requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or material shortages promptly.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and stock variances.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment will be an added advantage
• Open to work odd shift hours
• Experienced in handling raw materials, inventory control, and production support is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.
