What they need
· Verify DC – (Delivery Challan) with invoice.
(Confirm MRP- , Item wise, Quantity date, signature etc.) & Verify Physically.
· Verify and report to customer and sales man about short items & Load priority wise · Maintain record of received purchase order.
· Ensure proper space allocation against purchase order.
· Ensure purchase order with unloaded purchase invoice items (Confirm MRP- , Item wise, Quantity, date, signature etc.)
· Prepare unloading voucher with signature. (Confirm vehicle no, driver name, license no, signature).
. Arrange, allocate & Stack material -item wise.
· Check and inform packing slip. In case of gift items, vouchers, catalogues, note pads etc...
· Ensure Sales invoice against sales return as per policy.
· Preparing return slip, replace the return material in allocated space.
Ensure purchase invoice against purchase return as per policy.
