Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support the handling, storage, and movement of office materials, equipment, supplies, and other company assets in Dubai. The role involves receiving and organizing items, maintaining stock records, assisting with loading and unloading, and keeping storage areas safe and orderly. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving, checking, and storing of incoming materials and supplies.
• Load and unload cartons, office equipment, furniture, and other company items safely.
• Check quantities and item descriptions against delivery notes and related documents.
• Inspect received items for visible damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Sort, label, and arrange materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain an organized and accessible storage system.
• Assist with issuing office supplies, equipment, and materials to authorized employees.
• Maintain basic records of goods received, issued, transferred, and returned.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Ensure fragile equipment and valuable company assets are handled carefully.
• Prepare materials and supplies for internal distribution or transportation.
• Coordinate with office administration and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Assist with packing documents, equipment, and other items for transportation when required.
• Keep storage areas, shelves, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Follow proper procedures when handling heavy or sensitive materials.
• Use appropriate equipment and tools safely when moving items.
• Report damaged goods, equipment problems, spills, or workplace hazards immediately.
• Assist with arranging items to make efficient use of available storage space.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company documents, equipment, or sensitive materials.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with office relocation, storage organization, or asset movement when required.
• Perform other warehouse, stores, and material-handling duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, logistics, or material handling is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of stock management and warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials safely.
• Good attention to detail when checking items and documents.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
• Ability to maintain an organized storage environment.
• Willingness to perform different warehouse and support duties as required.
