Job Responsibilities:
Perform the assigned logistics works, e.g., receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc., following Standard Operating Procedures / Instructions given / etc.

Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instructions/etc.

Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.

Maintain accurate records of stock that have been stocked and report to customer service/superior if any stock relocation/cargo is not found during picking.

Verify all incoming shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/packing list to the order, and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancies/damage are found and report to the Supervisor/Customer service immediately.

Verify all outgoing shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order, and ensure all goods are correct before release to the transporter/driver/export container.

Manage and handle the shipping, loading, and unloading of goods.

To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in the system.

Accurate picking/packing, weight, and cargo dimensions are taken.

To ensure the smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments.

To ensure the cleanliness/housekeeping/tidiness of the warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions.

Any ad-hoc task assigned.

Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury/property damage

Salary range:
$2000 – $2300
