About the Role

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) based at our Northmead warehouse, working within our operational hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately while contributing to a safe, productive and efficient warehouse operation.

What You'll Do

• Safely receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch stock to meet customer requirements
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (forklift licence essential)
• Load and unload deliveries, including container unloading when required
• Accurately process stock movements using warehouse and inventory systems
• Assist with customer collections and freight preparation
• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory activities
• Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged goods
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and operational issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to meet daily operational and customer requirements
• Follow company safety, quality and operational procedures

About You

• Current forklift licence with practical experience
• Minimum 6–12 months warehouse experience (pick-packing, loading/unloading)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using warehouse, inventory or freight systems
• Physically fit – able to lift to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Bonus points if you know safety products (but not essential!)
