Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment documents and ensure received stock quantities match the actual physical stock received.
• Ensure all warehouse stock movement (inbound and outbound) quantities are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization by following health and safety procedures, including proper disposal of packing materials and waste.
• Monitor and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the immediate superior for prompt resolution.
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated, responsible, honest, and possess good work integrity.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
• Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
