Warehouse Assistant

WE ARE HIRING – WAREHOUSE & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT.

Location: Karachi Based Male Only. (Preferred Location Korangi Industrial Area or Surroundings)
Salary Bracket: PKR 40,000–55,000/-

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Parts inventory control, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Basic Accounts Knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing & Import setup.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments for inventory planning.
• Update and manage inventory data using CRM/ERP or other inventory management software.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods in the warehouse.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and assist in annual stock audits.
