Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm - 830pm

Sunday to Thursday 12pm - 830pm

Or part time/casual with a 3pm or 4pm start to 8:30pm (Overtime can be needed at times)

This warehouse job is based within a well-established pharmaceutical operation and offers stable weekday hours in a structured, team-focused environment. In this warehouse job, you'll be responsible for pharmaceutical packing, order picking, and general warehouse support duties. The job requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work consistently at pace.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing pharmaceutical products accurately
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Assisting with stock control and order processing
• Supporting inwards goods and general warehouse tasks
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
• Following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

About you

• Wanting and available for long term ongoing work
• Physically fit and comfortable with physical repetitive work and being on your feet most of the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the job
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 25kgs
• Motivated self-starter
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
