Warehouse Assistant

A Warehouse Assistant is to execute, direct and coordinate of assist Warehouse operations matter. Key responsibilities :

· Receiving & Inspection:

o Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery orders.

o Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.

· Storage & Inventory Management:

o Organize and store items in designated locations.

o Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.

o Update inventory records accurately.

· Order Fulfillment:

o Ensure correct labeling and documentation.

· Warehouse Maintenance:

o Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

o Follow safety procedures and report hazards.

· Equipment Handling:

o Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).

o Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

· Ad hoc Matter :

o Stock Reallocation

o Last-Minute Order Fulfillment

o Inventory Spot Checks

o Warehouse Rearrangement

o Assisting Other Departments

o Handling Returns or Damaged Goods

o Emergency Maintenance Support

o Documentation Support

o Participation in Audits or Inspections

Any other task as assign by superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
