Job Type: Part-Time (Minimum requirement of 21 hours per week)

Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (3 days a week)

Salary/Benefits: Staff discount on all fabrics, flexible working days, and hybrid listing flexibility.

About Us

At Rainbow Fabrics, we love textiles and are passionate about giving deadstock fabrics a second life! This included our remnant pieces. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Enfield warehouse. If you have an eye for detail, good time management skills, and a genuine passion for fabrics, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a varied role that combines hands-on warehouse duties with digital e-commerce tasks. While predominantly office- and warehouse-based, there is also the opportunity to complete listings from home based on pre-agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric Preparation: Accurately measuring and tagging remnant fabrics.
• Product Photography: Taking clear, high-quality photos of our fabrics to showcase them online.
• E-Commerce Listing: Uploading and listing products onto our Shopify website and Vinted store.
• Order Fulfilment: Assisting with the packing and dispatching of online customer orders when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Thorough & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accurate measuring, clear labelling, and neat presentation.
• Good Time Management: Able to manage your workload effectively between warehouse tasks and online listings to meet deadlines.
• Passionate About Fabrics: (not required but preferable) An interest in sewing, textiles, or craft fabrics is a strong plus!
• Reliable & Adaptable: Happy to pitch in with packing and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Computer Literacy: must have access to their own laptop and basic computer skills to be able to upload fabrics online.

• Overtime available depending on the requirements of the business.
• Bonus based on output, beyond the agreed minimum requirements (approx 250 fabrics listed per week).
