Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Warehouse Assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations. This role involves assembling marketing materials, combining printed collateral, stuffing envelopes, and preparing items for shipment.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work in a clean, organized warehouse environment and can follow established processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications
• Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers for distribution
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow established processes
• Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all materials handled
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment

Work Environment & Schedule

Weekday daytime hours only

No weekend work required

Light warehouse and fulfillment tasks

Team-oriented environment with clear instructions and support

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
