Warehouse Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
• Arrange and store materials according to designated locations.
• Prepare materials for production or delivery.
• Pick, pack, and load goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Assist with other logistics and warehouse activities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse documentation, such as DO, GRN, stock records, and delivery documents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, where properly licensed.
• Salary will be commensurate with years of experience & qualification.
• Bahasa Malaysia: Good – able to communicate effectively and understand work instructions.
• English: Basic to Intermediate – able to read documents, labels, and basic work instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and dependable.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Careful and accurate when handling materials and inventory.
• Able to follow company SOPs and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
