Warehouse Assistant

Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, organized, and capable of handling goods carefully while maintaining accurate stock records and following workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Organize products and materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Assist with regular stock counting and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Inspect goods for damage and report issues to the supervisor.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing different materials.
• Assist with preparing orders and coordinating items for delivery.
• Use warehouse equipment safely according to company guidelines.
• Support warehouse staff and supervisors with daily operational tasks.
• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or stock-handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging goods.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic ability to maintain stock records and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work attitude.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
