What they need
Ø Prepare goods according to the delivery orders (D/Os) generated by the in-house inventory software.
Ø Picking and packing of goods in the same day of order issued.
Ø Issue goods to requesting internal and external customers.
Ø Maintain stock accuracy always.
Ø Ensure regular housekeeping activities such as the cleanliness and tidiness of working area.
Ø Liaise with sales department with regard to product issue and delivery arrangements.
Ø Handle the arrangement of store for easy traceability and accessibility of materials.
Ø Handle customer complaints in tracing shipping related issues.
