What they need
- Will work more on Lean Lee Resources job.
- Filing, documentation, and using stock control system.
- Candidate must pose good computer skills
- Check emails and print out invoices and P.O
- Prepare D.O and invoice for customer.
- Prepare material purchase order for both Lean Lee Trading and Lean Lee Resources
- Record stock in/out daily and key in excel sheet.
- Key in good receive note
- Plan for delivery
- Record wastage in/out and monthly balance
- Prepare stock report 3 times per week
- Record SST stock movement
- Container arrangement for export.
