Location: Tai Seng Drive, Singapore
Job Description
- Support day to day operation in warehouse. E.g Manual packing of goods for shipping & invoicing
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing list for forwarders/couriers booking arrangement
- Perform transaction and system update
- Liaise with operation, sales & asset team on order fulfilment and deliveries
- Coordinates with transporter/forwarder/couriers for delivery
- Admin duties such as data entry and filling of documents and collate reports
- Perform others job as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- At least Secondary Education Above
- Able to lift at least 20kg of carton
- Able to work OT when required
- At least 2 year working experience
- Training provided
- Knowledge of warehouse barcode system & Microsoft Outlook ,e.g. Email/MS Excel
