Warehouse Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check, sort and store incoming stocks.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to instructions.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Update and maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored and organised.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Assist with stock movement and delivery/collection arrangements.
• Able to handle and carry heavy loads as required.
• Report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

• Able to perform manual tasks and able to lift, carry and move heavy goods.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic ability to read and understand English.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Must possess a valid Forklift Licence and be able to operate a forklift safely.

WORKING HOURS

• 5 working days per week
• Monday to Friday
• Working hour: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
• Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
