About Us

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and organised individual to join our growing warehouse team at Dolly Wears, a children's clothing brand based in Grantham.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving picking and packing customer orders alongside general warehouse duties, helping to keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Accurately picking customer orders, ensuring the correct products, designs, sizes and quantities are selected.
• Packing and preparing customer orders to a high standard, ready for dispatch.
• Checking orders carefully to ensure accuracy.
• Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock deliveries.
• Replenishing stock and keeping products organised in their correct locations.
• Sorting, labelling and preparing stock.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods, including new collection launches, sales and seasonal peaks.

Previous warehouse experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Important Information About the Role

Please note that this isn't your typical warehouse position.

We specialise in girls' clothing and shoes, so the majority of our stock is lightweight and easy to handle. The role does not involve regular heavy lifting or strenuous manual handling, although occasional assistance with unloading deliveries may be required.

While picking and packing customer orders is a key part of the position, applicants should also be happy to undertake a variety of general warehouse duties throughout their working day.

Pay: From £13.21 per hour
