Warehouse Assistant

Position Title: Warehouse Assistant

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 9 am – 6 pm; Sat 9 am – 1 pm)

Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:
Perform order picking and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently

Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss

Maintain inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated areas

Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping

Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment activities

Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures

Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items up to 25KG

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Class 3 license or forklift license is an added advantage.
