Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as order picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery of products
• Use POS systems to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements accurately
• Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed to maintain safety standards and prevent damage
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, or product availability in person or via phone
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving protocols and experience with order fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with POS platforms is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
