Warehouse Assistant / Distribution Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Distribution Assistant to join our team and assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and goods handling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods
• Assist with unpacking, sorting, and arranging merchandise
• Check product quantities, styles, colors, and sizes to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with packing, cartonizing, and preparing goods for delivery to malls, stores, and Atrium pop-up stores
• Assist with stock transfers and replenishment between stores and Atrium locations
• Organize, arrange, and categorize goods within the warehouse
• Assist with stocktaking and verifying inventory quantities
• Ensure merchandise is stored properly and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage, loss, or incorrect deliveries
• Follow company SOPs and safety regulations

About you

• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to the job
• Able to perform lifting, carrying, and other physical warehouse duties up to 20kg
• Careful and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately handle picking and inventory tasks
• Able to follow company procedures and instructions
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required by business needs
• Warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
