Warehouse Assistant / Driver (Retail Operations Support)

Nexus Clothing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant / Driver to help keep our warehouse and retail locations operating efficiently.

This is not a traditional warehouse position. Every day is different. One day you may be organizing inventory in the warehouse, the next you may be delivering merchandise to our stores, assisting with inventory counts, or filling in at one of our retail locations when additional coverage is needed.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise and supplies between warehouse and retail locations
• Load and unload inventory safely and efficiently
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare merchandise for store transfers
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Assemble and break down boxes, pallets, and shipping materials
• Assist with online order fulfillment when needed
• Support merchandising projects
• Provide backup coverage at retail store locations when staffing requires
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management

• Is comfortable learning new responsibilities
• Communicates well with managers and coworkers
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and retail environments
• Flexible and willing to help wherever the business needs support
• Friendly and professional when interacting with store employees and customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to drive company vehicles safely
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
• Retail experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time (M-F 9-5)
• Weekend/evening availability required
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasional coverage at our retail locations

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
